Challenge

Tondo Creative Design was approached by James Cooper the Managing Director of Flipside Sound as he needed new promotional marketing material for a new sales drive.

Mark and the team at Tondo Creative worked alongside James to help achieve the best design solutions to showcase all of the specialist sound, lighting, and AV services that Flipside can offer to clients.

This project involved a number of design challenges; Firstly James had a lot of knowledgeable content that needed to be carefully edited down without losing any of the important aspects of the business.

Next James wanted a way to reach as many event organisers as possible, so that Flipside could attract new clients in AV systems, church audio, weddings, outdoor events, and live events.

James also wanted the marketing campaign material to be a premium printed product, that his sales team could happily give to new potential clients.

Value

We suggested an oversize A4 high quality digitally printed presentation folder with die cut pocket and slots to hold business cards. The folder allowed for six A4 loose inserts, which promoted all the services that Flipside offers.

Mark and the team matched fonts and colours to existing Flipside branding and added the tagline: Bring Your Events To Life. 

For the front cover background we created a close up microphone texture, along with a red power on button logo that was placed above the three main services which included: hire, install and support.

The inside of the presentation folder was used to highlight event and equipment images, along with important client testimonials.

Finally for the back cover we added as featured in logos, and accredited member logos. We also included all Flipside contact details and a clear call to action!
